ZAGREB PINK DAY – International Rose’ wine festival
March – Museum Mimara, Zagreb, Croatia
Pink Day is an event celebrating pink wines and pink sparkling wines, a whole day festival taking place in the selected museum – Mimara Museum, Rooseveltov trg 5, Zagreb. All the visitors can participate in wine and olive oil tastings, attend lectures and take part in a series of interesting educational and promotional workshops. This year “Pink Day” will extend activities to a “Pink Tuesday”, before the festival and “Pink Week” @ Sherry’s Wines & Bites who will create a special „pink menu” in a week before at affordable prices. “Pink Tuesday” as a part of the humanitarian project with the aim of raising funds, will collect donations for the further education of a young girl with an outstanding academic success.

Regional wine festival – Dubrovnik FestiWiNe will be held in Dubrovnik in Klarisa building complex (former convent of St. Claire in the Old Town). The festival will gather more than 100 regional winemakers who will have the opportunity to present their wines to numerous wine professionals and visitors. There will also be workshops with guided wine tastings. In the week of the festival, in a kind of a Wine week, festival’s off-program will host art exhibitions and lectures on wine and viticulture and excursions to wine growing regions of Dubrovnik-Neretva County will be organized. Dubrovnik restaurants will offer local wines with matching dishes. The aim of this festival is to promote wine culture and regional native species of wine, primarily among citizens and winemakers, and then to all who come to Dubrovnik city.
